Mr. Franck Kojo Nutifafa serves as Partner Consultant – Project Structuring & Delivery at Budimpeks Holdings Limited (BHL), where he leads the technical execution and transaction readiness of EPC project finance mandates. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing feasibility and bankability assessments, project structuring, and financial modelling processes, ensuring that projects are aligned with financing requirements and positioned for successful financial close.

He plays a central role in coordinating technical, legal, and due diligence workstreams, while ensuring EPC scope, pricing, and implementation timelines are fully aligned with structured financing frameworks. Mr. Nutifafa also provides oversight on delivery quality, risk controls, and project progression from concept through to financing readiness.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, he holds authority over the approval of technical deliverables and transaction structures, and directs multidisciplinary project teams to ensure efficient and high-quality execution across mandates.

Mr. Nutifafa is a dynamic and results-oriented marketing and business professional, currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Marketing at the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU). His academic and professional background reflects a strong focus on strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the application of digital innovation in business development.

He brings multidisciplinary experience across sectors including construction, logistics, oil and gas trading, tourism, and general trading, providing him with practical insight into project structuring and cross-sector operations within Ghana and the broader African market.

Beyond his professional work, he is actively engaged in leadership and community development initiatives, particularly through his involvement with Lions Clubs International, where he contributes to strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development.
