Mr. Kwaku Adu-Gyamfi serves as Partner Consultant – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Budimpeks Holdings Limited (BHL), where he leads project origination, client acquisition, and the development of strategic partnerships critical to the firm’s growth. In this role, he is responsible for identifying viable project opportunities, managing relationships with EPC contractors and technical partners, and driving mandate acquisition across key sectors.

He plays a central role in proposal development, commercial negotiations, and market expansion, ensuring that BHL maintains a strong and competitive pipeline of bankable projects. His work supports the alignment of client objectives with structured financing and EPC delivery frameworks, contributing directly to the firm’s revenue growth and market positioning.

With over a decade of professional experience, Mr. Adu-Gyamfi has built a strong track record in business development, banking, and sales leadership. He has successfully managed business portfolios, led corporate sales strategies, and driven market expansion initiatives across Ghana. His ability to identify opportunities, build high-value relationships, and execute growth strategies makes him a key driver of the firm’s commercial success.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial Management and a Master’s degree in Strategic & Project Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (South Africa). In addition to his corporate career, he is an entrepreneur and director, bringing practical insight into business operations, compliance, and growth management.
